AT&T and iOS 10

Since updating to IOS 10, my att iPad Air constantly loses service

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data

I'm back to no service. It just randomly goes out, and I am in the same location
